Recently, among the pines of Vorzel, a rare in-person gathering took place — the leadership team of the Realis Foundation. Seven strong, diverse individuals, united by a common mission: to bring real change into people’s lives.
We came together for strategic planning. But what we received was much more.
For some, it was the very first time meeting face to face. Familiar faces from screens became real. For the first time — hugs instead of video boxes. We spoke about what’s difficult and important. About vulnerability. About responsibility. And about the future.
Ideas were born. Insights sparked. Trust was built.
We laid out our plans. Defined what matters most right now. And we talked about the deepest things — the meaning behind our work. We outlined a vision of what Realis can become — a space of safety and strength for thousands across Ukraine.
This was more than a strategy session. It was a powerful reminder that behind every meaningful initiative, there is a team.
